We recently renovated an old, neglected balcony in May. The railing was dangerously loose in parts, and the decking was unsafe to walk on. We dismantled it down to the beams, replaced some of the joists, laid new decking boards, and installed a new railing that complements the style of the house. Now, the owner can finally enjoy breakfast again on the balcony, right next to the lush bushes

The owner previously removed the old, rotten deck. I built a smaller, more beautiful deck in its place. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a book.
