We recently renovated an old, neglected balcony in May. The railing was dangerously loose in parts, and the decking was unsafe to walk on.

The owner previously removed the old, rotten deck. I built a smaller, more beautiful deck in its place. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a book.
